We’re looking for a talented and driven SEO Specialist to join the Organic Growth Marketing team at Kape Technologies.
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll work on exciting cross-team projects in multiple markets, lead SEO initiatives and collaborate with a passionate team of experts across all aspects of digital and marketing. The role will involve working in tight-knit teams to deliver innovative campaigns across content marketing, on-page, outreach, and technical SEO.
The Organic Growth Marketing team is responsible for delivering organic growth for multiple industry-leading technology brands - ExpressVPN, CyberGhost and Private Internet Access. Our brands are at the forefront of digital privacy and cyber security, so this is the ideal opportunity for ambitious, tech-savvy candidates who can deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of SEO experience
- Proven track record working in a competitive industry - agency side and/or in-house
- Curiosity to learn new things and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively manage tasks autonomously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse countries and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Execute SEO initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Identify on-page and off-page SEO opportunities and oversee executions
- Conduct SEO keyword research for new page creation or on-page optimisations.
- Carryout technical SEO audits and oversee implementations
- Report on business metrics and present to senior stakeholders
Required skills
- Excellent understanding of best practice SEO principles
- Analytical and result-driven
- Creative problem solving
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with web analytics, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker
- Proficient with SEO tools, e.g. Google Search Console, STAT, PiDatametrics, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, OnCrawl, DeepCrawl, Botify, Screaming Frog
Optional skills
- Multimarket international SEO experience
- Language proficiency or SEO experience in one of our focused markets, such as French, Spanish, German, Korean, and Japanese
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and schema markup
