Key Responsibilities

The Golf Activator is a key member of the golf operations team with the following key responsibilities:

• To provide excellent hospitality to all guests.
• Maintain a positive customer focused service and attitude. 
• Develop product knowledge to offer a premium retail experience for all guests to purchase golf accessories, apparel and equipment that is fit for their purpose.
• Engage with golfers as a golf day host for group golf bookings including a professional and friendly meet and greet and on course activities.
• Course activities such on course hosting and 1st tee management to ensure the smooth running of the golf course
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service installing the Get Golfing Ethos at all times.
• Carry out daily academy operations including ball collecting, range maintenance and supervision. 
• Deliver exceptional welcome and guest experience at golf reception including tee sheet management, stock management and fulfilling customer orders. 
• Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets including basic golf course housekeeping activities. 
• Enjoy working within the golf operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members and visitors. 

What we're looking for

• Genuine desire to deliver amazing hospitality and passionate towards golf.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and take own initiative.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
• Available to work a rotation of peak shifts and weekends.
• Someone with a can do attitude.
• An interest in golf is desired but not essential.
