Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Chief Golf Activator is a key member of the Golf team with the following key responsibilities:

• Ensure effective management of the tee sheet in line with Get Golfing key principles. 
• Exceed all operational and sales KPI’s for the department.
• Maintain a proactive role within the management team to continually exceed operational objectives including customer and member satisfaction. 
• Ensure all golf initiatives, what’s on events and member engagement activities are all delivered to a world class standard and in line with approved budgets and standards.
• Be proficient on all required systems to ensure all customer contact is accurately recorded and safely stored. 
• Maintain a positive customer focused service and attitude. 
• Be punctual and well present at all times when on the premises and representing the company.
• Ensure all marketing activities are carried out on time and on brand as per the clubs marketing calendar. 
• Engage with all guests in a professional and friendly manner in line with the Get Golfing ethos. 
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service using the the Get Golfing Ethos and culture all times.
• Enjoy working within a fast past environment to deliver an sales performances.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• An individual who is passionate about sport and loves golf and all the great sport has to offer.
• Ability to work well within a fast paced, full throttle team environment and take own initiative.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
• Available to work a rotation basis to ensure full coverage of the business is maintain at all times le is fully covered.
• Someone with a Can-do attitude.
