Key Responsibilities
As a Golf & Sales Manager, you will lead the following responsibilities:
Exceed all sales and operational KPIs effortlessly.
Master all necessary systems, especially Hub Spot, to accurately record and securely store customer communications.
Consistently provide a positive and customer-focused service.
Execute all marketing activities on time, strictly adhering to our brand guidelines.
Actively engage with local and regional communities through regular outreach activities to promote our products and services.
Interact with guests professionally and amiably, aligning with the Get Golfing ethos.
Contribute to the success of the sales team by actively participating and achieving targets.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times, reflecting the values and culture of Get Golfing.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver exceptional sales performance.
