We also offer APC support and mentoring for all our surveyors looking to become MRICS qualified, with many of our senior staff even being APC assessors for other institutions!

Requirements

• Has a degree level qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Has at least 5 years’ experience in building services engineering design projects and/or undertaking building services.
• Is a member or working towards membership of the CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent.
• Has experience working in the education sector.
• Has experience in energy management/energy efficiency project delivery.
• Has experience working with AutoCAD.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
WFH Policy: Applicable post probation
