At TTP, we empower you to imagine, develop, and deliver advanced RF sensor technologies that redefine autonomy. Work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team that encourages exploration of blue-sky systems and technologies. Leverage your existing skillsets to explore and develop new technologies.

In the Autonomous sector, you'll tackle cutting-edge technologies, solving complex problems like designing radar sensors for reliable detect-and-avoid systems. Contribute to sensor fusion architectures while adhering to Size, Weight, Power, and Cost (SwaP-C) constraints for the growing UAV market. Opportunities extend beyond the Autonomous group, especially within Satellite & Space, where you can provide specialist RF support. This extends to other TTP market teams focused on industrial and medical applications.

TTP's facilities offer variety, including a dedicated RF laboratory with an anechoic chamber, on-site micro-fabrication facilities, and general physics and materials laboratories.

Requirements

Your application will stand out if you have:

  • A Masters with some work experience, or a PhD in RF systems or a related subject
  • Experience of working on the design and development of a radar system
  • Hands on experience with RF circuitry design, test and measurement equipment
  • Knowledge of Radar systems and radar signal processing
  • Knowledge of simulation of RF system architectures for radar sensing
  • Knowledge of test and measurement equipment aiding in system design
  • Strong fundamentals of RF/microwave antenna systems
  • Hands-on experience with designing RF circuits and systems
