As we continue to broaden our diverse range of capabilities, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of activity against our clients' objectives. Experience within F1 is required. 
The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London. Working as part of a small team, the role requires the delivery of the client’s sponsorship assets across to a variety of audiences both B2B and B2C, as well as strategic development, activation execution, budget control and evaluation. A confident and assured attitude is a necessary as the role will include pitching strategy and ideas to the client. This role will include someinternational travel, approximately 2-3 events in 2024, with the potential for more events from 2025.   Key Responsibilities:-Execute the agreed client strategy at the direction of the Senior Account Director  -Play a key role in the creation and delivery of the client’s 360 sponsorship activation plan to leverage their partnership with an F1 team -Build a strong relationship with your client, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis, managing administrative details, including compilation and presentation of written documents and administration of the budget -Maintaining strong relationships with all partners in the delivery of relevant campaign -Work with wider departments (digital, comms, strategy, creative) to ensure a time delivery against agreed milestones -Collating information for monitoring and evaluation of the partnership -Build a ‘trusted team player’ status internally. -Represent Right Formula and our clients in a professional manner. -Develop and pitch fresh and innovative ideas to the account team and the client. 
Skills and Experience Required: -A sound understanding of sport and sponsorship activation and a specific knowledge of Motorsport, particularly F1-Experience working and leveraging alcohol brand partnerships is desirable -Minimum of 4+years' experience within sports marketing, and specifically designing and delivery of 360 activations within Motorsport (F1)-A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport.  -First class organisational skills  -A pro-active approach to creative projects-Deliver high quality work to a deadline as part of a team and independently. -A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints -Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a measured outlook -An understanding of the role sponsorship plays within the marketing mix
