The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and content creation, with an understanding of how paid advertising campaigns are developed and executed across various digital platforms. This is a hybrid role with 3 mandatory days in the office, which is based next to Battersea Power Station, London. Both domestic and international travel are potentially required to support the client’s activation programmes. Key Responsibilities -Assist in the creation and management of digital content for integrated, multichannel, and multi-touchpoint campaigns. -Support paid media set up, management, and optimisation across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital advertising platforms. -Collaborate with strategy, creative, comms, and insights teams to develop and implement content initiatives that deliver on client’s business objectives. -Analyse digital campaign performance and generate regular reports on reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI. -Monitor social media and online trends to ensure content ideasare timely, relevant, and engaging. -Support the team in coordinating content schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met. -Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team as needed. Skills and Experience -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. -Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation (internships included). -Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms. -Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools. -Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce creative and original content. -Excellent organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. -Data analysis and experience of Content Management Software are a plus. -Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
