Role

As a Corporate Sales Development Representative (SDR) at WHEREFIT, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious but attainable revenue targets. In this B2B sales role you’ll be accountable for outbound prospecting to generate leads for your Account Executive.

There is unlimited potential to grow with the business, with an attractive uncapped remuneration package aligned to this - including base salary, uncapped commission, annual bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads via outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads to generate demos
  • Schedule demos for the sales team with qualified leads, and ensure smooth handoff of leads to account executives
  • Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them in the market
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified opportunities to contribute to the overall sales targets and revenue growth
  • Leverage various sales tools to achieve desired conversion rates

Requirements

  • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for what WHEREFIT is trying to achieve
  • 1+ year/s of sales experience (B2B/SaaS experience is advantageous but not required)
  • Proactive and strong initiative to learn and develop new and existing skills
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic culture and perform under pressure
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and experience working within a team
  • Previous experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hubspot (or similar CRM), sequences, and cold-calls is highly desirable
