The role
We are looking for a hands-on People Partner (HRBP) with experience in scale ups companies, growing a team exponentially with a firm grasp of HR policies, processes, and tools. This role is perfect for those based in Birmingham or Barcelona and eager to impact our Customer Care teams.

What will you be doing?
As a People Partner to the Customer Care teams, you will drive our People team plans by collaborating closely with our manager and leadership community in both Birmingham and Barcelona. You will guide, mentor, and coach managers and leaders to support TravelPerk’s vision, mission, and overall objectives.
