At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
We’re looking to add an early hire to the Customer Success team. You will have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on the growth and trajectory of this team as we rapidly grow our company and our customer base. Our customer success team is intimately involved in every corner of the company, from product and engineering to pre-sales execution and product marketing. We think this is an ideal role for someone who wants to play a part in crafting and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with our customers. You’ll learn about their business, their organization, and partner with them to help them reach and exceed their business goals. You’ll be responsible for everything customer related, from collaborating with our Executive Sponsors to diving into API implementation with our customers’ engineering teams.
You’ll get to own implementation across our entire product suite, from our AI powered Intelligence products to our Claim Billing platform and everything in between
Improve playbooks to increase time to value for our customers
Work closely with billing team managers and leads to support our Adonis Billing and Adonis Intelligence customers. You’ll become fluent in the tactical details of revenue cycle management.
Work closely with product and engineering to distill customer product feedback and offer suggestions to improve our product offerings.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio and partner with our internal go-to-market team to close additional deals
Recommend, improve and enhance internal customer success playbooks
Become an expert in Revenue Cycle Management in order to support our pre-sales engine and the go-to-market team to close new business deals.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers, helping them solve their most important problems.
Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account success management over a customer life-cycle of deployment, installation, upsell, and retention/renewal
Experience supporting customers on our B2B SaaS. You will be supporting customers leveraging our Intelligence and Automation products. Comfortability in making new product recommendations and strong product empathy.
Ability to take a consultative approach to Customer Success - with many paths to ROI - it is important for our Enterprise CSM’s to understand what is most important to our clients and advise/consult on best practices to attain those goals.
Be a thought leader on RCM to our external and internal stakeholders
Aptitude for financial analysis/modeling
Exceptional communication skills. You know what needs to be done when and by who. You’re proactive with customers and can anticipate challenges before they arise.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel or SQL. Bonus for additional data analytics or data science skills.

The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
