The International Member Business Operations team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Associate to join our team. This person will partner with leaders across all international markets and the global cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of LinkedIn's international member growth and engagement.
The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and an impressive history of driving results. Most importantly, the candidate will deliver through strong relationships and use excellent communication to reach alignment across executive teams, keep projects on track, and have fun.
Responsibilities
Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, Editorial, and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal
Structure ambiguous problems for executive reviews
Develop a clear POV on international member performance across priority markets and the drivers behind performance
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company
Experience with data analysis including excel and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly analytical: with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models
Ability to work independently across different time zones
