Senior Electrical Field Technician at Mantis Innovation

Job Descrption
Mantis is seeking a Senior Electrical Field Technician with at least 10 years of experience. This role involves leading the installation and management of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAS and EPMS projects, ensuring they meet our time, cost, and quality standards.
- Perform high-level electrical field work, including terminations and control panel construction.
- Work closely with contractors and customers to coordinate project tasks.
- Provide remote system upgrades and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and adhere to Mantis’s safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years in the field, with a preference for licensed electricians.
- Proficiency in electrical installations, field terminations, and control panel construction.
- Familiarity with building drawings and the development of as-built documentation.
- Experience with startup and commissioning of building control systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Tridium Niagara based Building Automation products is a plus.

Location & Travel:
- Primarily based at Atlanta data center locations, with on-site presence required as per project needs (20-100%).
- Occasional out-of-state travel may be necessary (10-40%).
