What We're Looking For:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the client satisfaction of their accounts across the creative agency. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you’ll be required to know the client’s business inside and out and have a clear understanding of the agency roles and responsibilities, including production processes and the fundamentals of client management. In order to build trust with internal and external teams, the Senior Account Manager must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills including the ability to handle client triage with diplomacy. The Senior Account Manager is the organizer who can build trusted, positive relationships while keeping the whole system on track every day.
