We have an opportunity for a commercial Practice Manager to join our Portman Blue Sky Dental & Implant Clinic in Belfast.

About the role and practice

Located in the heart of Belfast, our Blue Sky Dental & Implant Clinic is a well-regarded private implant, smile makeover and referral clinic, they aim to provide bespoke treatments that focus not only on dental concerns, but with each patient's physical and mental well-being. The practice aims to provide long-term, high quality, painless dental care in relaxed surroundings. Our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

This post would suit a strong commercial focused manager with a detailed clinical understanding in a dental setting. Someone who can drive clinical financial performance, outstanding patient outcomes and maintain a clear point of difference to prospective customers.

What’s in it for you as a Practice Manager?

• 32 to 39 hours per week, 4 or 5 days.  
• Open every day at 8am, close Mon 6pm, Tues 5pm, Weds 8pm, Thurs 4pm to Fri 3pm

About you

You will have management experience within a dental or healthcare setting.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
