We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Trainee Dental Nurse to join our PortmanDentex Dental Care team at Pembrokeshire Dental Centre, located in Newport, Pembrokeshire, on a permanent basis. 

About the role and practice

Pembrokeshire Dental Centre is located in Newport, Pembrokeshire, in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park. We use all the latest technology to provide a full suite of dental treatments. 

Our aim is to look after our patients as we would like to be looked after.

About you

We welcome your application if you have the following:

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or modern equivalent 4 or above) are essential to undertake the course
• Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care
• Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session
• Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures.
• Drive to undergo training as required to develop your skills and abilities
