Are you a Qualified Dental Nurse, looking for a new position? Do you love great customer service and using your knowledge of treatment plans? This might be the introduction you need to a very exciting and busy Treatment Coordinator role.
You will be our customers first point of contact following a telephone, email, social media enquiry. You must have an outgoing and bubbly personality. You will book consultations and create marketing campaigns and advertising material using graphic design software. You must be familiar with CRM type systems and social media and be organised and methodical in your approach.
Main Responsibilities
· Follow up all email and telephone enquiries/leads within the appropriate time frame and successfully book consultations
· Effectively use the CRM system to monitor and action customer contact
· Process documentation following customer sign up and update all internal systems used to monitor patient flow
· Ensure new patient consultations are booked into the patient management software
· Confidently answer telephone calls from new and existing private patients
· Create advertising campaigns, practice brochures/ leaflets and social media advertising
· Provide the highest level of customer service to potential and existing patients
Requirements
· Have an enthusiastic, bubbly and positive personality
· Polite, friendly and articulate on the telephone
· Experience of working within a patient focused/customer services/sales environment
· Experience of working to sales targets and achieving them
· An organised approach with the ability to deal with multiple tasks
· Fluent in English with a good standard of written English
· Confident with IT and social media
· Experience in dentistry / orthodontics is useful but we will provide full training
