St Albans Orthodontics, is a 2 surgery ortho practice with a friendly (family like) of 10 members, looking to expand their practice with a Polite and Bubbly Dental Receptionist.

What we need from you:

• Front of house and receptionist duties 
• Telephone management including booking and rescheduling appointments 
• Forward planning diaries for clinicians 
• Timely administration including sending welcome emails, collecting consent and medical history forms 
• Processing payments and recording daily takings 
• Opening and closing the practice 
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Deal with patient objections effectively and efficiently
• Follow all practice systems and procedures.
• Provide support to all team members
• Carry out staff training for new members
• Following all regulations in the UK such as CQC, GDC standards, GDPR, HTM 01-05, confidentially and consent processes
• Always be aware of patient confidentiality and data protection
• Enter new patients onto Orthotrac
• Check patients in and out using Orthotrac software
• Promote a professional image of the practice at all times and be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
