As one of a team of four Field Service Engineers, you'll support the installation, maintenance, and repair of the IT equipment at our 380+ practices across the UK and Ireland. This includes servers, workstations, printers, tablets, displays, and other network connected dental equipment and software.
You'll have exposure to a wide variety of technologies including various server and workstation hardware and software (including Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Hyper-V) and will primarily provide on-site break/fix support, as well as working on new site integrations, upgrade projects, and site equipment maintenance.
Your week will likely entail being in practice 2/3 days, and working from home 2/3 days.
