We are seeking a person who identifies as being disabled or as having a long-term chronic illness/impairment and has a passion for diversity and inclusion with a particular focus on accessibility and disability issues and perspectives. The successful candidate will work closely with our Accessibility and Inclusion manager planning and coordinating projects and initiatives that support the company’s wider Accessibility and Inclusion strategic actions. This is a fully remote position; we value both flexible and inclusive working practices.

The salary of this role will be £25,000-£30,000.

Interview process:
Stage 1 – Online discovery call with the hiring manager - this will last no longer than 15 minutes.
Stage 2 – Short activity to see your skillset and your style of working.
Stage 3 – You will be invited to a more in-depth interview with the Accessibility and Inclusion Manager and wider team that will cover specific questions about your relevant experience that will last no longer than 60 minutes.
Stage 4 – A call with members from our senior management team.
