Job Description
Ensure and promote a safe work environment and safe working practices
Actively engage in medmix Safe Behaviours program
Support, maintain and improve all aspects of the Business / Quality Management System in accordance with the relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
Support internal audit programme of the Quality Management System and identify areas of improvement
Day to day management of the Non-Conformance Process and closure of Internal and External NCR’s (NCR / SCAR / customer returns / repairs / audits)
Work cross functionally to implement and measure effectiveness of Corrective and Preventative Actions
Provide support as requested for company reporting requirements
Manage third party/customer audits and resulting corrective action
Define and deliver quality training as appropriate throughout the company
Maintain, review and action as appropriate quality metrics as defined by the company
Measure and highlight trends in the total cost of quality
Measure adherence and compliance to process
Ensure records are defined, maintained, and disposed of according to the company policy
Manage Control of monitoring & measuring equipment (Calibration) process
Analyse data to highlight trends and areas for improvement
Assist with timely completion of Initial Sample Inspection Reports and Supplier Quality issues as required
Qualifications
Degree Qualified Engineering or Manufacturing Discipline (preferred)
Experience of volume manufacturing (preferred)
Auditing Experience (preferred)
Knowledge or experience of ISO 9001 standard
Proficient MS Word and Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to act independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
Attention to detail
