WHAT WE NEED We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our largest and most valuable customers. Using both your technical and Account Management skills and experience, you will build up to establishing a trusted advisor status, ensuring successful adoption, usage and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with clients ranging from individual developers to C-Level executives
Proatively review Customer’s architecture and configuration to recommend Hazelcast best practices
Proactively review Customer technical issues, working closely with Support and Engineering to recommend solutions
Understand Customer roadmap, key initiatives and go-lives
Establish plans for customers to succeed at using Hazelcast products to accomplish their goals and objectives
Work closely with Hazelcast Account Teams to gather and track Customer use cases and requirements
Work closely with Hazelcast Support, Product Management, and Engineering to advocate for customer use cases and resolve pain points
Quarterback clients through the full client lifecycle from initial testing to full Product deployment
Provide advice on how our clients can leverage Hazelcast gestures to drive adoption of our technology
Provide guidance on use case implementation based on Hazelcast best practices
Conduct quarterly Customer business and technical reviews
Record and track product feature requests
WHAT YOU HAVE
BA/BS/MA in Computer Science or equivalent
3-5+ years experience working in Java programming language
3-5+ years in Architecture and Design of complex software systems
Experience in Customer Success or Customer facing roles (TAM, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect)
Experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Solaris, Unix, Windows etc)
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Familiarity with network technology (TCP/IP, Multicast, Firewalls etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional experience that is desired but not essential
Expertise in distributed caching, scalability, or Highly Available (HA) systems
Previous experience using Hazelcast
Prior technical experience with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure etc)
Strong technical skills in Spring or Hibernate
