CFC Response is the cybersecurity arm of CFC, and we are a unique collaborative team of incident responders, business resumption engineers, and cybersecurity specialists whose sole responsibility it is to protect, recover, and mature the more than 80,000 CFC insurance policyholders. Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Team Assistant/PA to play a vital role providing first class administrative support for the effective day to day running of the CFC Response and Solis teams. You will play a key role in minimising administrative responsibilities for the team to maximiseoperational efficiency. The role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who will perform all of the below tasks consistently. It will also require attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Coordinator who will act as the first point of contract for CFC Security, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and suppliers are well looked after on their arrival.
You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team on managing their calendars and setting up meetings. Supporting the business growth with assisting the sales and operations functions with ad hoc template updates to project management systems.
Other requirements will include but not limited to:
Assist with contracts with suppliers, partners and clients.
To arrange any events or off-site team meetings including ad hoc restaurant bookings.
Support the marketing and sales teams with external event booking and activity co-ordination.
Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for the team as needed.
Managing invoicing and raising PO numbers.
Prepare reports / correspondence as needed.
Assist the management team in the preparation of board, ExCo, and other ad hoc papers and presentations.
Attend core team meetings to document actions and agreements. Ensure follow through on action items and agreements made during meetings by tracking progress and holding team members accountable.
Providing PA support to the CFC Security CEO as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are looking for a driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a professional approach. You will get full exposure to the day-to-day running of a growing organisation and will have the ability to gain a good knowledge of the company and its employees. This role requires an individual to demonstrate strong project management and organisational skills and be an excellent communicator. You will have a minimum of 3 years supporting a fast-paced team, ideally in a start-up or growth phase. You will have proven experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels and be comfortable with all aspects of administrative support including diary management and arranging travel. Experience supporting projects or working within a Cyber Security environment would be highly beneficial.
