Description
Are you an experienced Pricing Actuary within Specialty Insurance? Are you looking for an exciting challenge with a company that truly champions innovation and takes new markets head on? As a part of the Pricing and Analytics Team within the wider Performance Management Team, you will work closely with the Pricing and Analytics Manager to provide cutting edge solutions to support the growth and profitability of the business.About the role
You will actively engage with all our underwriting teams, working with them on the technical aspects of pricing models, individual underwriting projects and portfolio optimisation. You will develop and maintain appropriate pricing frameworks and methodologies across all of CFC’s products, including setting the technical price and input into the suggested price.You will undertake regular granular deep dive analysis across CFC’s products, reviewing rating structures and assumptions against our own experience and external sources as well as identifying and enriching new rating factors to enhance risk selection and long term profitability.
About you

Well, this is an experienced hire, so we're really keen to learn more about your previous experience in Specialty Pricing, working in a multi-disciplinary team in developing new insurance products.We’re looking for driven, self-starters with a strong work ethic, that like working in a collaborative, team-first environment.
