We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who thrives to deliver a first-class service to all clients, both internal and external. While maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times. You will have a professional approach and positive manner about you as well as having a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
About the role
As a receptionist at CFC you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the company, ensuring that all visitors and clients are well looked after on their arrival at CFC.
You will handle efficient operation of the switchboard and respond to all callers in a polite and efficient manner.
Other requirements of the role will include but not limited to:
Manage meeting room diaries and be responsible for setting up IT equipment, organizing refreshments etc.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favourable first impression is given to clients and visitors. Additionally, maintaining other office common areas (meeting rooms, break out areas, tea points etc.) in a tidy manner.
Co-ordinate breakfast / lunch meetings and catering when required; (to include small internal events).
Coordinating and supplying all stationery requests in CFC.
About you
The role of a receptionist sits within the wider Front of house team and will offer you excellent exposure to the day-to day running's of a growing organisation. As well as an opportunity to build on your customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
