At KCS the Director of PM, Payments & Apps leads the strategic and operational development of our payments and applications division, with a strong focus on payment gateways, supply chain financing and cross-border payments.

Expertise in payment gateways will be pivotal in evolving our payment processes and offerings, aiming to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in the payments sector, with the ability to balance strategic vision and practical application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for payments and applications, prioritising payment gateway, supply chain financing and cross-border payments innovations.
• Foster partnerships with payment gateways and financial institutions.
• Lead the design and development of mobile applications and payment solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Drive the integration of payment systems across platforms, enhancing transaction efficiency and security.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payment solutions with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor the payments and apps team, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
Key Requirements:
• Payments Expertise: Deep knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and regulatory compliance in the payments industry. This should also include supply chain financing and cross-border payments.
• Product Leadership: Proven ability to lead product teams and drive the development of payment and app solutions.
• Strategic Vision: Skill in developing strategic visions for products that align with company objectives and market needs.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of app development processes and technologies, with a focus on user experience.
