As the Program Director for an airline program at our flight school, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the program. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the liaison between HAA management and airline management, providing leadership and guidance to students, and working closely with flight operations staff to track student progress. In this role, your primary focus will be on continuous improvement to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance while meeting the evolving needs of our students and the aviation industry.
Job Duties:
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey, addressing concerns, providing resources, and facilitating academic, financial aid and career counseling
Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity and professionalism to promote student success and satisfaction
Implement student feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of instruction and overall student experience
Monitor student progress to ensure they are meeting program timeline goals
Proactively identify students who are not making satisfactory progress or who require additional training, and implement solutions to get students back on track,
Lead meetings with Airline management presenting on student progress and program metrics
Conduct monthly new student orientation sessions with program students
Required Skills/Experience:
Proven track record as a successful program director, program manager, or project manager
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking in front of groups of 30-40 people
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Education, or related field
Previous experience in program management at a flight school

Monday - Friday schedule: 40 hours/week
80% onsite position
