The Director, Corporate Marketing & Brand Management will oversee strategic planning, development and coordination of all brand marketing programs to grow brand awareness for MPS. You will collaborate cross-functionally, with business units, marketing communications and the executive leadership teams to improve brand reputation and drive growth for the company. You will be accountable for developing innovative brand strategies and activation plans aligned with business objectives that drive increased demand and brand preference while maximizing return on business investments. You will also have the opportunity to partner with product marketing teams to create strategies for joint promotions of MPS products, as needed. Ultimately you will bring innovative solutions to accelerate the company’s brand awareness and brand preference.
Responsibilities:
· Evolve and drive direction of the brand strategy, architecture, visual identity and related activation plans, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
· Drive marketing communications planning process and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external key partners.
· Develop strategic and creative design of marketing activities and materials including advertising, website, thought leadership, social media, video production, live and virtual events, and client presentations
· Developing global media campaigns, advertising, and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media activities, as needed.
· Direct the development, creation, and deployment of marketing content to maximize brand awareness.
· In partnership with the people team, evolve and enhance employer brand strategy with prospective employees in key markets/demographics to support recruiting and retention.
Qualifications:
· B.A. in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
· 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Branding, preferably within tech industries.
· 8+ years of experience in planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, TV, online, and social media.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving to develop innovative branding strategies that will resonate with a target audience.
· Demonstrated ability to lead a team of marketing professionals and develop the capabilities of the team.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Deep understanding of marketing and design tools/programs as well as graphic design principles.

The base salary range for this position in Washington is $180,000 - $220,000.
