The Operations Analyst is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years successful PBM or health care experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with CRM, Smartsheet, NCRx, 3D and various reporting tools are a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret data is required. Ability to plan, organize and focus on details is critical. The Operations Analyst must have strong relationship skills to be able to interact with key operating departments related to benefit changes, business development and operational activity. Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure all team members are kept well informed of the process.
The Operations Analyst is responsible for updates that effect both internal and external parties, including managing timelines, monitoring configuration, communication and maintaining quality outcomes through successful completion.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Supports all internal work for EpiphanyRx client operations.
Acts as an intermediary and provide support between departments to ensure consistency and efficiency of project assignments.
Supports the EpiphanyRx Access Guidance program by attending meetings and taking notes as needed. Assist in resolution of Access Guidance questions from the Client Services team and work with the Navitus IPP team in collaboration of projects and program support as needed.
Analyzes and resolve client, member and/or project issues as requested by the client through direct support or through the support of the EpiphanyRx subject matter experts.
Leads all benefit and plan changes in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Facilitates all TPA Transitions, client terminations, broker of record updates, admin fee updates and other miscellaneous internal projects as assigned.
Analyzes existing client hierarchy updates in conjunction with Vendor Manager.
Participates as CMR Super User: managing all EpiphanyRx CRM requests; managing Navitus requests to ensure alignment with EpiphanyRx intentions; attending all internal workgroup meetings and relaying all updates to the larger EpiphanyRx team as necessary.
Supports new client implementations through input of initial CRM entry.
Provides go-live support either through remote access or internal on-site access. This may require working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as needed.
What our team expects from you?
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area; or equivalent work experience
Certified Pharmacy Technician or ability and willingness to become certified.
Knowledge of Navitus/EpiphanyRx and PBM or health care industry required
3+ years of client service experience required
Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client and internal needs required
Strong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeed
Willingness to travel as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
