Tell me about my role.
As part of the Talent Team at capSpire, you will be an ambassador of capSpire and responsible for strategic and hands-on growth of our People Engine, while deeply understanding the needs of our business to make the right hires. This person would be joining the team responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization, specifically within the North American region.
Qualifications:
Navigated through 3+ years of experience in recruiting, specializing in the dynamic fields of technology and professional services.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and leveraging database tools effectively.
Managed high-volume sourcing projects adeptly, establishing enduring relationships even in instances where initial outreach timing may not align perfectly.
Always on the lookout for ways to optimize processes and make them more efficient.
Collaboration expert, fostering harmony across all capSpire functions and keeping the teamwork strong.
Self-directed and proactive, thriving with minimal supervision.
Upholder of confidentiality, ensuring HR matters stay discreet.
Expert problem-solver, swiftly tackling issues to keep everything on track.
Skilled in gathering and analyzing information with precision.
Resourceful and proactive in navigating daily challenges.
Well-versed in employment laws and best practices, ensuring compliance with a professional flair.
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to shape, mature, and execute our recruiting initiatives that focus on all capSpire recruiting from college to our experienced hires.
You will be responsible for partnering with leaders throughout the company to understand and define their hiring needs and bring relevant candidates to the pipeline.
You will be the keeper of capSpire culture and must make sure that everyone that goes through the interview process has a clear understanding of our culture, and that we provide a vetting process with each candidate that ensures that they are an “A” player and obtain ALL capSpire core values.
You will be expected to keep our capSpire overall goals in mind when working with leaders to make sure that our hiring is in line with the company goals and expectations.
You will be expected to assist in a variety of HR functions ranging from helping define retention strategies, to ideas around best ways to onboard, to refining our interview team and process.
You will be expected to help build brand recognition and lead/participate in relevant events.
You will be expected to continually hone your skills in recruiting to continually add value to the organization.
You will be expected to travel as needed, and that travel will vary depending on the nature of your work. Travel will mostly include recruiting trips to universities as well as trips to other capSpire offices.
You will be asked to participate in the growth of capSpire, whereby you can expect to contribute to multiple aspects of growing a company, whether it’s something as complex as helping brainstorm corporate strategies or as simple as arranging travel for new hires.
