What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Restructuring & Recovery team as Partners' Secretary for maternity cover in the London office. As it is for maternity cover, the position will be offered as a fixed term contract.
As a Partners' Secretary, you will manage business-related tasks such as; arranging meetings; organising events, travel and accommodation; assisting with reports and presentations; and other organisational tasks.
We are seeking an individual who is organised, personable, proactive, fast at solving problems and can manage multiple different tasks at one time. The individual should be able to work under time pressure and have experience as an executive or personal assistant. A strong work ethic is important, together with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
