What will be your responsibilities?
· Oversee and manage the production process for multiple brand film projects (commercial and corporate).
· Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.
· Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
· Hire and manage production crew, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.
· Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.
· Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.
· Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.
· Travel to location to work on set when necessary.
· Ensure the project’s budget is kept and recon it after wrap.
· Work closely with higher management to ensure quality control and financial reporting.
Requirements
What is required from the role?
· Atleast 5+ years of experience in film production.
· Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients
· Proven track record of successful film productions.
· In-depth knowledge of all aspects of film production, including writing, directing, cinematography, and editing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Availability to travel when the project requires it.
· Passion for creating compelling content and the ability to inspire others to do the same.
· Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
