Expected Compensation Range: $161,700 - $195,500/yr. Exact salary determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure and internal equity.

The Managing Director of Equity, Inclusion, Diversity and Access (EIDA) plays a critical role in providing strategic direction and leadership. This involves developing and implementing an enterprise EIDA strategy, leading cultural change, building a diverse workforce, management of the ERGS, expanding our reach to diverse communities.
