We are looking for a Sr. Specialist - Projects & Performance to join our Regional team and be part of our growth. This will be a broad role scope across multiple countries within our Local Shops division (non food). What’s On Your Plate?
Develops and optimizes processes to enable growth in a scalable way. Key focus of the role is on new processes efficiency, standardization and business planning.
Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Projects & Commercial operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
Understand at important level of detail the business and all KPIs in the specific countries of focus
Develops tools to set new robust processes, which will help to drive business and qualitative insights from local operations
Conduct quantitative complex analysis requiring data retrieval that results in conclusions and recommendations to move the projects forward.
Support operations for country teams to have all required tools to meet the operational improvements metrics. Provides guidance when it's needed, and creates tools and processes that drives improvement on scale
Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes through automations
Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects through analysis and recommendations
Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
Identify process automation/improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
Determine business needs and scalable solutions to solve process issues through observation and analysis
What Did We Order?
4+ years experience in an analytical role driving comprehensive analysis and coming to solutions to move the project forward with a mindset of scalability
Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Projects & Commercial operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
Demonstrated ability to work with data in a structured and efficient way.
Excellence in Excel/Google Sheets is required and Tableau experience to create insightful dashboards is a plus
Ambitious, self-starter who can manage work with important level of autonomy
Strong cross group collaborator; ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating thru different data sources
Some experience in project management and capable to use PM tools
Passion for service and continuous improvement
