What's On Our Plate
- Daily huddles with store managers to share reports and gather feedback to improve existing processes
- Review operational metrics regularly, understand targets and levers to achieve objectives.
- Optimizing shopper allocation to cover order throughput
Providing timely and actionable feedback to key stakeholders and driving implementation
- Deep dive into gaps in operations and performance to understand root cause of the issues and implement initiatives to improve.
- Maintaining accurate stock inventory for incremental sales through higher fulfillment and Reliability
- Assessing store level inventory to ensure highest fulfillment of expected sales
-Managing availability for top selling items
-Working with store management team to ensure stock depth for fast moving items
- Driving shopper efficiency and compliance through continuous training and monitoring
-Weekly reporting on shopper performance and taking steps to improve overall impact on store KPI
-Building training modules and refresher programs for scalability
-Identifying and reallocating resources to meet fluctuating store demands
- Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes for seamless customer experience
- Frequent checks to flag and rectify any assortment or pricing issues instantly
- Working with store management to integrate automated inventory updates
- Tackle partner issues and set processes in place to mitigate recurrence
- Bring significant improvements in Operations and Logistics KPIs
