Analyze and measure the strategic growth of our new ventures projects.
Work with the team to implement innovative strategies to drive the success of new business opportunities, define success metrics and identify new paths of growth.
Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of talabat operations to always provide the best solutions.
Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
Work alongside a team of professionals in a collaborative environment and support the team's overall growth.
Work under fast-paced conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
3-5+ years of professional experience in a strategy role within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries
Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
Strong track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) – comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
Experience working closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. is good to have.
