This role is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the tPatroller team within an allocated sector. This position entails leading a team dedicated to ensuring rider compliance, managing performance, and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
What’s on Your Plate?
Ensuring adherence to performance standards and operational protocols. Develop and manage patrollers' rosters based on city requirements and special events.
Analyze performance data to manage and enhance patroller performance. Create and maintain comprehensive reports to identify areas of concern and showcase findings to the City Manager.
Ensure patroller compliance with uniforms, data handling, tasks, and environmental health and safety regulations. Conduct spot checks and create SOPs for various patroller procedures.
Design and deliver training programs to upskill patrollers, ensuring they meet and exceed job requirements.
Serve as the primary contact between patrollers and various internal teams
Oversee the documentation of legal fines, vehicle compliance, and the tracking of all legal document expirations. Prepare patroller invoices and purchase orders for financial processing.
What Did We Order?
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree with experience in logistics, operations, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Skills: Strong leadership and conflict management skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex logistical operations.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a logistical or driver team. Previous experience in compliance, training, and performance management is preferred.
