This role will involve managing Vendor operations and new vendor onboarding across the country. The vendor operations specialist will take ownership of improving service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps, and taking actions to improve performance. The role will be responsible for the overall vendor operations management and improvement.
What’s on Your Plate?
Manage day to day vendor operations tasks and keep ownership of supporting back office tools while delivering on agreed KPIs
Define and execute steps to achieve performance improvement, managing the work-flow in a end to end manner
Improve vendor training quality, introduce new training modules
Scheduling, assigning and carrying out training with restaurant partners, troubleshooting and technical support
Developing action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement
Work alongside regional logistics and country sales teams on actions and activities to drive vendor operations forward
Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
Drive key projects through end to end project management for operational improvement across vendor onboarding and performance areas
Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.
Manage a team of operations coordinators and ensure the best output for the operations and onboarding function
What did we order?
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
G-suite and MS Office suite skills and Data Interpretation Skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
A motivated team player and supports Vendor operation function overall objectives by going the extra mile
Knowledgeable in operations and performance-related tasks
3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry
The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and systems
