Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of manufacturing technicians in the assembly and production of fuel cell componentsEnsure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly and manufacturing processesTrain and mentor new technicians on assembly techniques and best practicesCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferredPrevious experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing technician roleExperience working with fuel cells or similar technologies is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power toolsLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team membersAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
