Role Description
As our Special Projects Manager, Texas, you will support deployment, operations, installations, and maintenance of a fiber optic network for residential and business customers throughout Texas (Austin and San Antonio). You’ll have a vital role within the business by adapting to solve critical problems as they arise before moving onto the next region. Your ability to quickly build internal and external stakeholder trust is essential for success because of your audience (e.g., local city and municipal individuals). Additionally, your ability to craft effective communication, both written and verbally, to help influence and complete complex projects that improve internet access, speed, and service in your community are essential.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $199,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
