We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Leasing Manager to join our team.

As the Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our properties by attracting and retaining high-quality tenants. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing vacant units to negotiating lease agreements. Additionally, you will collaborate with our property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Market and promote available units through various channels, such as online listings, print advertisements, and social media.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each unit to prospective tenants.
• Screen and evaluate prospective tenants, including conducting background checks, verifying references, and assessing financial qualifications.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting thorough inspections and documenting any damages or required repairs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, tenant information, and rental payments in our property management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in the residential sector.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current rental trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, prospects, and team members.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
