KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are dedicated to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents.
As an HOA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of homeowners associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, managing budgets, and fostering a sense of community among residents. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and manage relationships with residents, board members, and vendors will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HOAs.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of homeowners associations, including administrative tasks, financial management, and record-keeping.
Enforce community regulations and policies, ensuring compliance among residents and addressing violations in a timely manner.
Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and provide administrative support to board members.
Develop and manage budgets, review financial reports, and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with vendors to oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and facilitating effective communication between residents and the board.
Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement and promote a harmonious living experience.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective management of homeowners associations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Arabic speaker is a must
Proven experience in homeowners association management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HOA regulations, governing documents, and relevant laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, board members, and vendors.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using HOA management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in budgeting and financial management for homeowners associations.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for common areas.
Customer service-oriented, with a dedication to providing exceptional service to residents.
