Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in medical device integration, HL7, ASTM protocols, API development, Javascript, CCL (Cerner Command Language), Linux and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies.

1. Medical Device Integration:
   • Design and implement solutions for seamless integration of medical devices with our systems.
   • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and device manufacturers to ensure successful implementation and data exchange.
2. Healthcare Protocols:
   • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HL7 and ASTM protocols, ensuring compliance and interoperability in healthcare information systems.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance protocol implementation and optimize data exchange processes.
3. API Development and Integration:
   • Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different systems, including medical devices.
   • Collaborate with software developers to integrate third-party APIs and enhance system functionality.
4. Programming Languages:
   • Utilize expertise in Javascript to enhance user interfaces and improve overall user experience.
   • Leverage Cerner Command Language (CCL) for development within Cerner's healthcare information technology environment.
5. Database Management:
   • Proficiently write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within relational databases.
   • Ensure data integrity and security through effective database management practices.
