Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to - computer work, delivering/picking up and distributing campus mail, photocopying, making campus runs, greeting students, and answering the telephone. Dependable work attendance and professionalism is a must.
Applicants must also have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, able to prioritize work and work independently while taking initiative as appropriate. Be willing to be busy when at work and able to work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Applicant must be familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must also feel comfortable learning new software programs with ease. This position will assist office staff with general clerical duties.
