Job Description:
Works to help department carry out Multicultural Affairs Education & Training's mission.
Serve as a contact point of referral for students, student interns, faculty and staff who inquire about Leave Your Mark, Mini Clips and any other trainings.
Assist the Senior Coordinator of Education & Training as needed.
Contribute to all aspects of the job as to handling daily matters in the absence of the Senior Coordinator.
Create relevant content for social media.
Assist with marketing and advertising.
Assist with development opportunities for facilitators.
Attend Leave Your Mark committee meetings as scheduled, per semester.
Facilitate Leave Your Mark, Mini Clips and other trainings as scheduled, per semester.
Coordinate with professional staff and campus partners to schedule semester Leave Your Mark trainings.
Lead out on podcast creation an implementation.
Connect with various campus partners and student organizations to promote the Leave Your Mark Program in support of Student Life's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
