Job Description:

Support Lab Coordinator in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, inventory audits, inventory control, and
lab setup/breakdown. Support in facility maintenance such as clean, break down, and store laboratory facilities,
equipment, and supplies as appropriate. May assist in ordering supplies. Assist faculty and students during labs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the different needs of our faculty and students
• Highly proficient written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service orientation
• Quick thinker with superb attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, be held accountable, and independently make decisions
• Proficient with personal computers, online computing systems, databases, and other office equipment.
• Provide lab/research support for assigned area of responsibility 
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to University laboratories and research 
• Adhere to and ensure safety procedures and precautions are followed 
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
