We are seeking a committed individual to join us as Senior Practitioner in the Community Led Support Team (CLS 4) Integrated Team.

We are always on the look-out for talented, enthusiastic qualified Social Workers and experienced Social Workers ready to take the next step in their career to becoming Senior Practitioners. You will need to be able to supervise social workers and support planners. You will hold cases that consist mainly of the most complex situations.
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Community Led Support (CLS) Integrated Team within the Adults, Housing and Health directorate of the Council. As part of a CLS team you will be working in a way that is responsive and proportionate working with people to achieve their outcomes using their strengths and their community creativity, linking people with their communities, and focusing on what matters rather than what’s the matter.
