We are seeking an exceptional and committed individual to join us as Head of Strategy, Policy and Performance. This is a key role at the heart of Thurrock Council’s new central functions. We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong experience in local government who can elevate the strategy and policy functions within the organisation to provide support and challenge to our senior leadership team and political leadership to drive high performance during the next stage of our recovery.
