Job Brief: SoSafe is seeking a results-oriented Total Rewards and Recognition Manager to join our HR team.
As the Head of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards programs. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated and receive competitive benefits that align with our company goals and values. Total Rewards Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards philosophy and strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
Define and implement a competitive and equitable total compensation and benefits package that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
Benefits:
Oversee the design of our global benefits program, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance, and other perks.
Ensure that SoSafe's benefits package aligns with our unique culture and enhances the employee experience.
Work in collaboration with our agile team to maximize leveraging our programs to drive holistic reward and recognition programs.
Manages renewal activities and related communications
Oversees the participation in benefits surveys and monitors competitiveness of our programs.
Manage relationships with different benefits vendors.
Compensation Management:
Utilize data-driven methods to make informed decisions regarding direct financial, indirect financial, and non-financial compensation.
Conduct employee surveys to understand motivational factors and engagement drivers.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits trends.
Customize compensation systems to invest in workforce segments that contribute the most value.
Lead and manage our compensation programs, including bonus plans, and equity compensation, while ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
Evaluate and classify job positions/levelling within the organization to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices as well as ensuring compliance with pay equity regulations.
Continuously monitor and analyze industry compensation and benefits trends to maintain the company's competitive position in the job market. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven decisions.
Support activities related to executive compensation programs
Provides advice and support HR Business Partners on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
Communication:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation, benefits and recognition and how they align with the organization's goals.
Prepares and delivers training sessions on total rewards programs with the support of team members and in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Performance Management:
Collaborate with the wider HR team and management to link compensation and recognition to performance management to help drive a performance culture.
Requirements
8-10+ years of proven experience track record as a Compensation and Benefits Manager in a high growth SAAS organization in Europe.
Proficiency in job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Familiarity with organizational psychology and labor market surveys.
Experience with and best practice usage of compensation insights platforms such as Radford, Pave and Paylocity
Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
Ability to influence leaders and team members
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, regulations, and market trends.
Attention to detail, organization and time management; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Collaborative and adaptable; effective communication skills
