To develop and own the entire Partnerships management strategy.
Key Accountabilities of the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with bank’s contract guidelines, policies (Sharia), budgets and best interest.
Show inters and intrapersonal skills to our colleagues and partners as you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally and externally.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various campaigns with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions.
Maintain a great relationship with current partners and propose new opportunities to grow the partnership.
Manage the end-to-end communication process by liaising with different internal teams so all approvals are in place before going live.
Run frequent market analysis and benchmark exercises.

Previous experience required (if any)
A minimum of 7 years industry experience
University degree
Understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services and customer experience
Knowledge of the UAE market and main competitors
Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and analyze post campaign results.
